Approval design, studies of energy efficiency and design, tender documents, technical site management and building equipment, ventilation system

Production wastes, especially those from regional fabrics, are melted, alloyed, casted in round bars and homogenised in Schlins Speedline Aluminium-Casting Plant. The required documents to gain approval for commercial purposes were worked out (approval design). Furthermore, analysis of the process related energy consumptions and suggestions for optimising the energy efficiency and heat recovery were necessarily carried out.
By order of the building technical planner IB Oksakowski, planning of the buildings technical equipment, especially the ventilation system, and construction management were managed. The main technical design basic conditions included addition of the required air for conbustion and temperature adjustment in the production hall.
