Compact WWTP Pilot Project - Kyrgyzstan
Design of a package plant for 1000 PE with remote control system and a related PM/QM manual
The unique location of Issyk Kul mountain lake in Kyrgyzstan has made it to a recreation site over the years for the large town of Almaty, about 80 km away. As a result, hotels and holiday flats are established, particularly upon the north shore.
Financially supported by DEG and in cooperation with Cologne University of Applied Sciences as well as Stich Management Consulters, Schlegel Consulting Engineers has developed a small type of plant with cost-optimised high vertical integration on site. In line with the project, training and knowhow transfer have also been intended. A project team, including local partners, technical and architectral universities in Bischkek and BIOR Construction Firm in Kyrgyzstan, has been selected. The objective is a pilot plant as the integrative achievement of the project group.
